2023 WINTER CAMP DATES
Dec 26 - Dec 29 - Everything Horse camp all levels: $340 for the week or $85 a day
DROP OFF TIME: 8:45AM
PICK UP TIME: 3:00PM
CAMPS ARE 9AM TO 3PM TUESDAY THROUGH FRIDAY
EVERYTHING HORSE: You name it, we do it, riding, grooming, clipping, bareback, get dirty....... all the good stuff!!!! Pure camp fun, Horses learning all in one!!!! Campers learn about feeding the horses and taking care of them and then learn to ride and have a lot of fun getting to know their new four legged friends and two legged!! More advanced riders will have a primary focus on Jumping (if they like it) and flatwork technique, Gridwork and Height . (Riders must be able to canter confidently and started over Cross rails.) This camp is open to ANYONE ay ANY level.
*Horsemanship with respect to healthcare, nutrition, stable management, handling and riding a mount safely, correctly and with confidence.
*Organized teamwork including cooperation, communication, responsibility, leadership, mentoring, teaching and fostering a supportive yet competitive environment.
*Respect for the horse and self through horsemanship; for land through land conservation; and for others through service and teamwork.
*Service by providing an opportunity for members, parents, and others to support the Pony Club program locally, regionally and nationally through volunteerism.
*Education at an individual pace to achieve personal goals and expand knowledge through teaching others.
Prices for the full week of camp are listed above or it is $85 day. Camp starts at 9:00am and pick up time is 3:00pm unless otherwise stated. $200 deposit to secure slot. NON-REFUNDABLE.

To provide quality horses and professional training for horse and rider in a safe and relaxed atmosphere.
WEATHER PERMITTING: We will venture out on a trail ride on the property
What to wear:
Campers should arrive wearing long pants, muck or rain boots.
Riding boots must have a heel for riding, you can NOT ride in sneakers. Helmets are available for loan. Rain boots are a MUST and sneakers for later in the day.
List of what to bring:
Riding boots (Paddock boots or similar)
Hair ties for your hair
Warm clothing for the winter
Sneakers (they will get ruined in water and mud just FYI)
Lunch (No refrigerator available)
Water bottle (we have a water tower for refills all day long)

At Suffolk, safety and fun are our main priorities. We provide a secure environment for students to ride, learn and grow...all while having fun and developing new relationships. It is our desire that all students at Suffolk Stables be equipped with the tools and knowledge to achieve their goals both in and out of the horse riding ring.
